When you join Blackbelt Collective Krav Maga, you’ll not only grow as a well-rounded martial artist, but you’ll grow tremendously as a person.
More Than Just A
Martial Arts Studio
From our Founder Abel Martinez – “Like many students participating in Krav Maga, I was hooked after the first class. It was not like anything else I had tried. I knew then that Krav Maga would be a lifelong pursuit. I spent several years managing Beach Cities Krav Maga to signal my dedication to Krav Maga and the community supporting the studio. After the closure, I took an opportunity to open my own studio to continue my dedication to the students and the community. Thankfully, others, including the previous instructors, believed in this dream. Blackbelt Collective Krav Maga was born. During my 16 years of experience, I’ve found that participating in Krav Maga is physically, mentally, and emotionally difficult. That’s why at Blackbelt Collective we believe students should be empowered to protect themselves, build a community that supports each other, and instills perseverance and resilience in each other. Blackbelt Collective was built to help you pursue your goals of self-defense and fitness. It’s extremely fulfilling and humbling to live in and serve Huntington Beach and surrounding communities.”
