The Kids Self-Defense classes at our Krav Maga gym are a holistic experience for children. While they are learning valuable personal safety skills, they are also learning how to better themselves as people. It is all included in a program that will prepare them for life in and out of the school.

Of course, self-defense is incredibly important in Kids Krav Maga. Students are prepared to become stronger and improve their fitness. This will go hand-in-hand with the techniques and principles to make them efficient and explosive. Lastly, we ensure they understand the mentality that there are “no rules to getting home safe.”
One of the other benefits to Krav Maga training is providing structure in a child’s life. They learn the importance of being organized and thinking things through. The lessons learned in class will translate outside of the school – not just in self-defense situations.

We are happy to provide Krav Maga training in Fountain Valley and welcome everyone nearby to join us. Students from Huntington Beach, Westminster, Garden Grove, Costa Mesa, and Seal Beach are invited to train with us and learn self-defense techniques. You can find us right off 405 Freeway at the cross section of Magnolia and Warner in the same convenient shopping center as Aldi and CVS with easy parking!
